Workshop dispatches
From the desk

We do not write about every chair. Only the ones that change the room they sit in.

No sponsored words. Nothing in between.

The quiet authority of bouclé, walnut, and unlacquered brass. European houses still build for the room, not the feed, and that is the story worth following.

Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

Is this a shop?

No. Premium Furniture is an independent editorial directory and journal. We map the houses, their collections and materials, then point you to the maker. We do not sell furniture.

Are these sponsored reviews?

No. We do not write about every chair, only the ones worth the room. No sponsored words, nothing in between.

Which market do you cover?

The United States. Prices, availability and lead times are framed for US buyers, while the houses themselves are European.

Where do the photographs come from?

Official brand materials. Every image stays with its owner. Sources and credits sit in the footer and on each brand page.

Which houses do you cover?

European premium outdoor houses across Spain, Germany, Italy and Belgium, among them Kettal, Dedon, Roda and Tribù, with a wider roster publishing issue by issue.

How do you choose what to write about?

We write about the pieces that change the room they sit in, judged on design, materials and the house behind them, not on who is paying.

Can I buy through Premium Furniture?

No. We map the houses and their collections, then point you to the authorised maker or US dealer. We never take a markup.

Do you work with designers and architects?

Yes. We help the trade source pieces, read specs and lead times, and commission dispatches from the field. Use the brief form further down the page.

How often do you publish?

The journal runs as a rolling set of dispatches, with a printed volume planned four times a year by pre-order.

How are the facts checked?

Collection names, designers and materials are checked against the maker before they go live. Where a fact cannot be confirmed, we leave it out.

Are you affiliated with these brands?

No. Premium Furniture is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised representative of the houses we cover.

How do I get in touch?

Write to the desk at desk@patio-furniture-sets.com, or use the form further down the page. A person replies within two working days.

For the trade

For designers
and architects.

We read the European houses the way a specifier does. Tell us the house, the collection or the room, and we point you to the maker, the spec and the authorised US dealer. No markup, no sales script.
